At Melinda Maria, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your items securely in the original Melinda Maria box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a refund or store credit once our team inspects the return.
